The high speed dispersion kettle mainly consists of two parts, one is the dispersion kettle, the other is the kettle body. At present, high speed dispersion kettle has been widely used in coating, paint, petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, medicine, food and other industries. When the equipment is stirred and dispersed, the air absorption is small, the material can be quickly dispersed and dissolved, the particles become thinner, the mixing is uniform without dead Angle, and the cleaning is convenient. In practical application, the product can cooperate with other kettle equipment to realize automatic production of the system.

 

Working principle of high speed dispersion kettle:

 

In practice, the high speed dispersion kettle is produced in such a way that, with the help of the rotation of the dispersion disk, the material flows in a circular manner, creating a strong whirlpool, which descends in a spiral to the bottom of the whirlpool. Due to the impact and friction between particles, it quickly disperses, dissolves, mixes and emulsifies. In order to meet different requirements, the material of this equipment mainly includes stainless steel and carbon steel, according to the actual needs of customers to choose, in order to meet different dispersion requirements.
