Under the action of centrifugal force, the feed liquid is separated from the secondary steam, and the secondary steam is discharged from the top of the evaporation chamber and enters the secondary heater as a new heating source. The feed liquid enters the storage tank through the lower leakage pipe of the evaporation chamber, and the circulation pipe sends the feed liquid of the storage tank into the heating pipe again, and the feed liquid continues to concentrate.
The evaporation chamber and the liquid storage tank are separated and connected in the middle by a leakage pipe. The jet tube connects the heater and the evaporation chamber tangentially. The boiling material liquid in the heater is sprayed into the evaporation chamber at a high speed along the jet tube to realize the separation of water and water. In the process of water separation, the foam of the liquid material is dispersed at the same time, the separated steam is discharged through the top of the evaporation chamber, and the separated material liquid falls into the liquid storage tank through the leakage pipe. The newly formed foam on the liquid surface of the liquid storage tank is quickly dispersed by the material liquid sprayed down by the leakage pipe, and plays a self-defoaming role. Because of this equipment, the evaporation chamber is not easy to produce foam; It is unnecessary to destroy the vacuum degree of the evaporation chamber and often control the steam pressure and flow rate, which can increase the heating area, thereby improving the concentration efficiency and bringing convenience to the operator.
