Product Description

Widely use stainless steel mixing tank
The volume of the mixing tank from 50-10000L
Material: Sus304 or 316L stainless steel
The closed structure prevent the dust fly or liquid splash. 

Mixing tank series strictly tally with GMP General principles'(1998 Revised Edition), 
And is designed, manufactured and accepted according to the requirements of GB150-98 Steel Pressure Vessel or JB/T4735-97 Steel Welding Normal Vessel. 

Our product

1. Heat preservation material of the vessel adopt high-temperature resistant and anti-aging polyurethane blister or per cotton. 
2. Joints adopt international general ISO package chuck, inner container adopts imported stainless steel SUS 304 or SUS316, internal surface polishing. 

3. Orifice is set with level gauge (static-Pressure type, capacitance type, non-contac type, ultra-sonic type and glass tube), air respirator, thermometer
(digital display type or dial plate type), CIP cleaning mouth, SIP sterilizing mouth, liquid entrance-exit gate and sanitary inlet. 

4. Volume Specification: 100L-30000L or to be designed and manufactured at customers'actual request.

5.According to your product, we can configure with different mixing tool, if low viscosity product, need high speed mixer, if high viscosity product, usually high speed mixer with low speed mixer to meet different process.

2. Magnetic stirring device into a magnetic stirrer and under magnetic stirring on a magnetic stirrer suitable capacity (3-50m3) and large-torque device. Under magnetic stirring with capacity of less than (3m3) and equipment with high hygiene requirements. 
3. Interface with the international standard ISO standard quick chuck, the material is imported 316L or 304, the inner surface of the mirror-polished Ra ≤0.28 μm, the outer surface of the matte or mirror polished. 
4. Material: Cylinder 304 and 316L (optional). 5 level gauge with universal flat level gauge, level gauge glass, level gauge static pressure sensor, ultrasonic level meter for selection.
