The bin pump is a sealed pressure vessel. The material is loaded into the container and mixed with compressed air. The material is transported to the unloading point through the feeding pipe.
There are two discharge ways of bin pump, the bottom discharge is the most common way, the tank materials through the conical surface aeration tank aeration, nozzle jet or other methods to fluidize; the material is discharged from the upper part of the tank. The distribution of the gas in the tank at different input levels depends on the nature of the material being transported. Pneumatic conveying system generally uses air compressor as the air source, bin pump, high pressure rotary valve, screw pump as the feeding device, the material from the bin into the feeding device, high pressure gas into the conveying system pipeline, so that the gas and material are fully mixed, so that the material flow, and then through the high pressure air to the end of the receiving bin, the gas filtered by the separation device into the atmosphere.
