The single-effect concentrator consists of a heating chamber, a separator, a defromer, a vapor-liquid separator, a condenser, a cooler, a liquid storage barrel, a circulation pipe and other components. The whole equipment is made of high-quality stainless steel materials. The heating chamber is tubular, and the steam is connected to the shell to heat the liquid inside the tube. The filling chamber is equipped with pressure gauge and safety valve to ensure production safety. The front of the separation chamber is provided with a sight mirror for the operator to observe the evaporation of the material liquid, and the rear manhole is convenient for cleaning the room when replacing the variety, and a temperature meter and a vacuum meter are provided to observe and master the temperature of the material liquid in the evaporation room and the vacuum degree when the negative pressure is evaporated.
